Looks like you used the relative oil density (.8) for both the LHS and RHS. It should only be used on the oil side calculation.

In your problem statement, you wrote, "...and the partition of the lines of action...". Is that actually what it said? Sounds a bit unclear...

Recommend you ALWAYS draw a force diagram. You should have a couple of diagrams accompanying this problem. Show dimensions, densities, load distributions, resultant vectors, etc. Draw one sketch for force and another for moments. Some good examples can be found here:

Also, you've neglected to account for air pressure on both sides. Is that permitted in your class? Including it would add slight changes to your answers.
