Rules of Exponents: (3n^-6/m^2)^-4

(3n^-6/m^2)^-4

I know that there are certain rules that go with this type of problem.... but I don't remember if you distribute the -4, can someone point me in the right direction....?

"Distribute" is not the right word.

This should help: \(\displaystyle \left(\frac{ab}{c}\right)^{d}\;=\;\frac{a^{d}b^{d}}{c^{d}}\)
