A rice bagging company produces bags with a mean weight μ = 2 kg and standard deviation σ = 0.2 kg. With the aim of increasing production homogeneity (reducing variance), the company is introducing new bagging machines. From an Simple Random Sample of size 31, S^2 = 0.021 was observed. Using α = 0.05 respond if the new machines have reached their goals.
