150 accounting students sat for a final examination and 100 passed among the remainder, failure in auditing, taxation and company law are recorded as follows: Auditing only = 17; Auditing and company law = 7; Auditing, taxation and company law = 5; auditing and taxation = 11; Company law and taxation only = 4. Equal number of student failing only one course could not graduate because of company law and taxation.
1. How many students failed taxation.
2. How many students failed only one course
3. How many students failed at least two courses

I've made some corrections so that the grammar makes sense.

Call the two equal numbers x and fill in a Venn diagram. The write an equation saying that the total in any of the three sets is 50.
