Shell Volume Problem

Hi, I'm having trouble setting up this integral shell problem.
I realize my issue might be more an algebra issue at this point, however I'm sure when I get to the calculus part I will need more help there
can someone assist me setting this up? I was able to do this problem using washer method, but the shell approach is giving me an issue
