Show that area enclosed by the curve r= cos(2φ) is pi/4. How to do so?

I´ve tried to solve mathematical problem above, without success. Can you help me?

It is a four petal graph.

Calculate area of one petal then multiply by 4.

How did you set up the integration problem? What are the limits for each petal?
