Hi. Never used this forum before but I am trying to re arange a gas Metric Unit to Kwh formular

The formular is
Units(M) * Cal_Value * 1.022 / 3.6 = Kwh therfore what is the calculation for
Cal_Value =

I have (using the original formular above)

9.0 * 39.800 * 1.02264 / 3.6 = 101.752

So what is 39.800 = to

Simple maths but I can't get my head around this.

Thanks

What is the EXACT problem that you do have?

Is it:

you are given "Kwh" and you want to calculate "Cal_Value" using

Units(M) * Cal_Value * 1.022 / 3.6 = Kwh ..... where did this equation come from?

This is an interest in my bills. There is no cal_Val printed on the back. All I have is Units(M) and Kwh. Armed with this information it should be easy to re arrange a calculation given the 1.02264 and the 3.6.

The Equation is a standered one for the supply of gas in the UK.

Thanks for that. I just couldent get my head around what should have been a simple calculation.
