How would you handle x - 1/x ?

Also, remember that sqrt(n) * sqrt(n) = n

It's too bad your book didn't cover this, and that you weren't able to get the class notes for the days you missed. (They would have included many worked examples.) And, unfortunately, we cannot reasonably provide the requested instruction within this environment. Sorry! :oops:
