Good day all

I just need some help getting started. I know what to do with the exponents when the bases are the same, but I am unsure of how to tackle the 6 and the 9 on either side of the division sign. The instruction is to simplify.
If some could please point me in the right direction it will be much appreciated.

Use:

6 = (2^1 ) * ( 3^1)

9 = 3^2
