Sine Cosine Tangent: used tan, got 32/x, 2.275=32/x, find x

ok so i have the problem and i used the tangent and got 32 over x. so it looks like 2.275= 32/x. how do i get the x off of the bottom?

2.275=32/x
you could invert both sides of the = sign, that would put the x on "top".
1/2,275=x/32

a more 'normal way is:
multiply both sides by x
2.275 x = 32
divide both sides by 2.275
x=32/2.275 answer

Seriously, Freq, I think that you should learn algebra before trying to learn trigonometry.
