Size of sample of CI

Stats was never my strong point so I i can't quite get my head around this question...

Is seems to me that the sample size would not make any difference here? Can someone help me interpret what this question is actually after?
 
If the sample were one person, would you be 95% sure that he were red-green colorblind? With N people, what proportion would be colorblind and what would the variance be?
 
If i picked a sample size of one person, and constructed a 95% CI, i would clearly be 95% confident the interval contained the proportion, it would be a wide confidence interval but i would still be 95% sure. As i increase the sample size, i would expect a narrower interval but still be 95% sure it would contain the 8%?

I played with this calculator...
