I need help with graphing equations I am really struggling with this. It says solve by graphing.

3x+y=5
-2x+3y=4

convert each equation to slope-intercept form (y = mx+b), then graph the line on graph paper like you were taught in class.

the coordinates of the intersection of the two lines is the solution of the system.

Here's the way I like to do them.

For each equation, set x=0 and solve for y, plot it. You will have (0,y), 2 of them

For each equation, set y=0, solve for x, plot it. You will have (x,0), 2 of them.

Connect the dots. You will have two intersecting lines. As Skeeter said, where they intersect is the solution.
