Solve the following

Wow it is hard to type Algebra on the computer!
The 3 and 2 are being divided by the items above and then added together.

x+ 1.33 +x+3=5
2x+4.33=5
-4.33 4.33
2x=.67
2 2
x=.335

This works, but is it the correct way to solve?

It's one of many ways...but you should use 4/3 instead of 1.33;
you'll then get x = 1/3 (.33333333..........)
