Hi! I need help solving an equation where "n" is the unknown.
This is the equation: (European typing so "," = ".")

I have access to the answer, but I would like to know the steps to get there. Thanks for all help!

If I were to do the problem, I would first divide both sides (of the = ) by 610644,50

What if it were [math]610644,50\cdot\dfrac{0,03\cdot B}{B-1} = 50000[/math]? Could you solve that?
@timmylegend you calculated B = 1.5781 ..................... assuming your arithmetic is correct

1.5781 = 1.03n

Take "log" on both sides and solve for "n".

After your 1st line you made it much harder?

You had 0.03B= 0.08188B - 0.08188
Then 0.08188B -0.03B = 0.08188
0.05188B = 0.08188
B = 0.08188/0.05188 = 1.57825751735 NOT 1.5781 even with rounding!
