Solve each system by graphing

1.

y< -2 + 6
y> x2 - 2

(x2=x squared)

2.

y> x2 - x - 2
y< -x2 - x + 6
 
Did you graph your pairs on the same coordiante axes? That would be a good start. When you get that done, just look at it for a moment. Notice how the plane defined by your coordiante axes is chopped up into various regions by your two graphs. Your only remaining task is to decide which regions are in your solution. How do you propose we do that?
