some solving problem in probability question

I have learn the probability about one week in college and I still have some problem about the question.IT would be much appreciate if someone can help me start the question.

So here is the question:
In an hour, an average of 10 customers arriving at a shopping mall entrance during the (MCO).If the arrival of customers at the shopping mall entrance follows Poisson
distribution. Determine the probability that exactly 5 customers arriving from 10 am to 11 am at a shopping mall entrance during (MCO).
