You attached two different problems with the same figure, and neither seems appropriate to it:
The picture has no a or c, and if [imath]\beta[/imath] is obtuse, the picture would be quite different.
Is there some meaning that has been given to a and c in the context, that you haven't mentioned? Or is the problem just nonsense?
