Can't figure out this.Simplify the following and leave all the answers with positive exponents.
1)(x^2y-2/2xy^3)^-3 *(2y/x^-2)^2.

2) 3x^2y^3/2w/ (y^2w^-2/2x^-1)^3

Hint: Use laws of exponents.

We first have to make sure we know what you mean. As you wrote them, they mean this (I'm being a little generous at a couple points, if anyone chooses to quibble):

1) [MATH](x^2y-\frac{2}{2xy^3})^{-3} \cdot\left(\frac{2y}{x^{-2}}\right)^2[/MATH].

2) [MATH]\frac{\frac{3x^2y^3}{2w}}{ \left(\frac{y^2w^{-2}}{2x^{-1}}\right)^3}[/MATH]
Are those what you mean?
