Let alphabet n denotes the sample size. A sample mode is defined as a value that have largest frequency in the sample data. Other true characteristics of the sample mode are:
a. Mode is poorly defined measure of central tendency
b. Maximum number of modes must be at the most integer quotient of n/2
c. A value with frequency 1 can’t be mode
d. Mode has all of a, b, and c true characteristics

Hi. You do realize this is a math help forum where we help students solve their problems. What we never do here is solve student problems for them.
If you had read the posting guidelines you would have known that you needed to show your work so we know where you are stuck and then we can offer a hint.

The term mode has been defined in your problem. Do you understand the definition?
If there is a sample size of n and each and every score comes up twice then how many modes where there be?
Can a mode have a frequency of 1? What would have to be true then? Would this have a real meaning?
