Hi there,

New member here. So what I'm trying to find out is the % of Replies (for each name) vs the total of calls from this random data.
If I look at individual names
Joe = 8/10 = 80%
Bill = 7/100 = 7%
Ana = 14/75 = 18.67%

How do I find out which name has % the highest number of replies based on the number of calls compared to the others?
I hope I make sense. lol

I don't know what you want that would be different from the percentages you found. I suspect you want to somehow take into account that Joe had far fewer calls; how to handle that probably depends on the implications in your context of having fewer calls vs. more replies, perhaps somehow weighting different criteria. If their job is to elicit replies, then you could go by replies as a percentage of total replies.
