A group of foxes = a skulk (singular)
Yes, I had looked at the answer. Can't remember hearing or seeing that one! (Must be Canadian.) By the way, wikipedia says, "A group of foxes is referred to as a skulk, leash, or earth." That's strange.

Also, move in a stealthy or furtive manner = skulk (verb), according to Ms. Merriam.

As I was sayin', who knew that skulks skulk. Weird word -- good crypt. :cool:
