What do you mean by "help"? Do the problem for you?
If you are asked to solve a "Sturm-Liouville problem" then presumably you are taking a Differential Equations course! And long before you get to "Sturm-Liouville problems" in such a course, you learn to solve "linear differential equations with constant coefficients", which this is (general "Sturm-Liouville problems" do not usually have constant coefficients which makes them usually much harder than this). Do you know what the "characteristic equation" is for this problem? What are the solutions to that characteristic equation in terms of \(\displaystyle \lambda\)?
