Surface intergral over a crazy curve.

Evaluate the line integral F dot dr over C where F=(2xy,x^2,2z) and C is the curve r(t)=(t/sqrt(4-t),[t^50][(3-t)^100]sec^2(t),cos(pi*t)-y) , t is between 0 and 3 (inclusive).

This monster looks impossible to work out practically, is there something I'm missing here?
