In the figure provided, BD is a chord in the circle and AC is a tangent at B. If the measure of arc DB=146°, find m(angle)DBC, measure of arc DEB and m(angle)ABD.

A. 73°; 107°; 53.5° B. 73°; 214°; 107° C.146°; 214°; 73°

I really don't mean to sound so... dumb... but help?

One of the circle theorems says angle DBC is one-half arc DB. That should start you off.
