Time Zone Issues

Does anybody else experience the following issues?

I set my time zone to "Pacific Time". That is GMT -8.

At the bottom of each page, vBulletin reports the correct time, but indicates that my zone is GMT -7.

The individual time-stamps on posts are one hour off (as if my setting were GMT -7).

Daylight Savings Time issue?

I set the system to automatically detect DST.

I'll try turning that off.

Regardless, vBulletin reports the correct time at the bottom of each page.

Turning off automatic DST makes the issue worse. Now the time at the bottom of the page is incorrect as well.

Setting DST to always on still reports my zone as GMT -7, but the time-stamps are now correct. That's good enough for me.
