I was wondering if someone could show me the first step to this problem, I know that if I am given the first step, then I will know how to do it. Thanks

Solve for 0?x<2?. Round answers to the nearest hundredth of a radian when necessary.

2cos^2x+cosx=0

Factor out cos(x) from the lefthand side.

The lefthand side will then be a product of two factors.

Now, apply the Zero-Product property, and you'll have two simple equations to solve.
