In right triangle ABC, m
angle.jpg
B = 90° and the lengths of sides AB, BC and CA are r, m and t, respectively. Cos C is equal to which ratio?

Re: Trigonometric Functions

In right triangle ABC,
opposite = AB = r
hypotenuse = AC = t
adjacent = BC = m
To find the ratio of Cos C, use the trigonometric function
cos C = adjacent/hypotenuse = m/t
