I have Stewart's Calculus: Early Trascendentals, but I have heard that others are better at proofs and analysis. Which ones would you suggest?

Well if you want a more rigorous than Stewart’s is then try A First Course in Calculus by Serge Lang. He wrote it first for his students at Yale.

The books by Walter Rudin (Principles of Mathematical Analysis, Real and Complex analysis, Functional Analysis) are also very good.
