On the x-y coordinate plane there exists an equilateral triangle OAB with sides of length 2 in the first quadrant such that point O is at the origin, side OA makes a 15 degree angle with the y-axis, and side OB makes a 15 degree angle with the x-axis. There exists a point C within the triangle such that line segments OC, AC, and BC partition the triangle into 3 smaller triangles of equal area. What is the sum of the x and y coordinates of point C?

(A) (√6) / 2
(B) (√6) / 3
(C) (√3) / 6
(D) 2(√3) / 3
(E) 2(√6) / 3
