What score does Joe need to earn on the 5th exam in order to raise his average to 87? Help :!: Click to expand... If Joe ends up with an average score of 87 for 5 tests, he'd need a total of 5*87 points. So far, he has an average of 86 for 4 tests, which means he has already earned 4*86 points. How many more does he need?
