Let's say I'm asking the question. Whether the number of case this year is statistically different from the last three years.
Apparently speaking it looks like there is a different, lets say 2 cases in 2020 vs 15,17,and 20 in 2017,2018 and 2019 respectively.
However , this sample is too small.
How can I present it statistically?
