What values for x must be excluded in the following fraction?

x+8/5

Not even sure how to begin this????

Not sure what you want. Do you want that fraction to be an integer? Then x must be 5t - 8, where t is some arbitrary integer.

Some of the choices to pick from are

None, 0, 8, -8

Not even sure what the question is asking either either

That is NOT a fraction: (x+8)/5 is a fraction.
0/5 = 0; so no restrictions.
