How come 25^(2/3)/25^(1/6)=5?
I get 1/5:
(2/3)-(1/6)=1/2 so 25^(1/2)/25=5/25=1/5

What am I doing wrong?(It's probably a stupid mistake  )

Hello, dragonmaster0121!

How come 252/3/251/6 = 5 ?

I get 1/5:

(2/3) - (1/6) = 1/2 . . . This is correct

so: 251/2/25 = 5/25 = 1/5 . . . this is not!
You had: . (252/3)/(251/6) . = . 25(2/3-1/6) . = . 251/2 . . . which is right!

But where are you getting that extra "25" in the denominator?
. . . . . . . . . . . . .__
. . . 251/2 . = . √25 . = . 5
