Could you help me with this problem?

Ten grams of Carbon-14 is stored in a container. The amount of Carbon-14 C (in grams) present after t years can be modeled by C = 10 (0.99987)^t. How much Carbon 14 is present after 1000 years?

How do you multiply something to the 1000 power?

Most people would use a calculator.....

C = 10*(0.99987)^1000

Enter it this way....

10 times .99987^1000 = (or Enter, depending on your calculator)
