You have 16 new CDs to put on your empty five-shelf CD rack. Can you place the CDs so that each shelf contains 3 or fewer CDs? Can you arrange them so that each shelf gets exactly three?

can anyone help me out???

16/5 = 3.2 Hmmm...

Why do you think this problem is difficult? Is there more to the question?
