I know the formula for finding the z-score but recently encountered a problem asking me to locate it without the data needed and in order to find the raw score I need the z-score. I am curious how to approach this question:

"If a study monitored people with side effects, and the mean of the affected patients is 90 and the standard deviation is 38 what would the relative frequencies of values fall below the normal range of 65-120people? and what would happen if the relative frequency of values falls above normal range?"

I just don’t know how to find the z-score without the raw score and the professor giving me a range of 65-120 I feel changes the possible scores?
