I have a textbook example that calculates "Total Costs (TC)".
The text provides me the value(s) for Total Costs (TCsub0, TCsub1, TCsub2), but I'm not entirely following how to plug in my values that will give me e.g. "TCsub0 = $363,900".
Particularly, I'm uncertain about the VsubI and QsubI portions. In other words, I don't know how to correctly "plug in" the numbers.
I've scanned the example... JPG image can be viewed at:

So my question: Could someone please help me "walk through" the first calculation "TCsub0" that gives me the value "$363,900"?
Thanks!
