Special Power - Amplitude and period

I suspect that pka used the word "question" where he meant "equation". This isn't a claim to know the graph that was in the question but was not revealed, but a reverse process of discussing the graph of the student's answer, to help them see whether it is right.

Of course, that's a guess, not a claim of special powers on my part!

Yes, I know about that. I studied under Don Tucker who was one of Ettlinger's students and am familiar with the "Moore method". Moore's success is indisputable, but it isn't obvious that others who have tried it have successfully pulled it off.
